So I started the morning with 1 message to summarize everything after I woke up on a session, and immediately got hit with usage limit exceeded (Im on max 5x plan). Working on large codebases with Claude Code, we kept running into the same issue: when Claude looks for relevant code, it falls back to grep, reading full files, or launching multiple subagents.
